Break out the baggy jeans, take off your shirt and turn that baseball cap back to front, it’s time to re-learn those lyrics to “Good Vibrations”. Mark Wahlberg has finally hinted that the Funky Bunch may reform.
It has been 22 years since the release of the classic “Good Vibrations” but last weekend, Mark Wahlberg has hinted his old rap group may reunite.
The star has been doing the press rounds for latest film “Broken City” but when Heat magazine asked whether the actor would consider making a band comeback, Wahlberg commented: “Well, the Funky Bunch wants to get back out there, too. I’ve just got to find the right time. We might, though…”
Wahlberg insisted in the past that the hip-hop group would not make a comeback but seems to be changing his tune. The group released two studio albums and various hit singles, including 1991’s “Good Vibrations”, which hit the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
Hang on Marky Mark, we’re just breaking out the dog tags…
