Fans concerned for Britney Spears after singer admits she’s ‘married’ again

Britney Spears shared the concerning update on Instagram

The singer shared a video of her posing in a wedding dress and veil with her millions of followers.

Alongside the clip, the singer confirmed she married herself.

"The day I married myself … Bringing it back because it might seem embarrassing or stupid, but I think it’s the most brilliant thing I’ve ever done!" Britney wrote.

Fans of the singer expressed their concerns for her online with many saying she has nobody to look out for her.

One wrote: "This is what happens when a young person gets famous and all the attention in the world then gets locked away and deprived of mental maturity. She has no sense of self-worth without the adoration of the world."

Another said: "She only associates herself with her performer self, she needs to get to know her off-the-clock personality, and love who she is beyond the fame."

"She is clearly lost and has been for years now. No one watched out for her when she needed it most," another said.

Britney announced the news one year after she divorced her long-term partner Sam Asghari.

The singer married Asghari on June 9th, 2022 at her home in Los Angeles.

However, they confirmed they were ending their relationship after just 14 months of marriage.

Spears met Asghari on the set of her music video in 2016 for her song Slumber Party.
