On the same day that Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family confirmed she had been moved to hospice care, Bobbi’s conservator filed a lawsuit against her boyfriend Nick Gordon.

The 22-year-old daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston was found unresponsive at her home in January and her family have confirmed that her condition has deteriorated.

In the wake of the family’s statement a civil lawsuit has been filed against Bobbi’s boyfriend Nick Gordon alleging that he “caused, among other things, substantial bodily harm to Brown”.

It also claims that since Brown’s hospitalisation in January, Gordon accessed her accounts and stole more than $11,000.

Police told CNN that the investigation is in the hands of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.

Police have said that they are treating Brown’s case as a criminal investigation.

Chief Rusty Grant said: “Our department has completed the initial investigation.

“The investigative file, which is quite large, has been turned over to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office for their review, and to determine if any criminal charges are appropriate.”

Bobbi Kristina is the only daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, who passed away at her home in 2012.
