She’s a bit obsessed with the Hello singer.
Adele is probably one of the most lovable singers around, from inviting fans on stage at just about every gig, to being embarrassed just like the rest of us.
But it seems even the most high profile singers are dreaming of being Adele’s best friend.
Dolly Parton has been on the go since the 70s but she is still being inspired by young modern day singers.
“I love love love her” said Dolly when she was asked about Adele by Digital Spy.
And she didn’t stop there:
“I would love to do something with her. I just love her. I love how she looks, I love how she sings, I love how she is,” Dolly said.
In fact she was so inspired by the English singer that she even mentioned her in one of her songs on the new album Pure & Simple.
“On ‘Head Over High Heels’, when I say ‘I put on my tight dress, hair piled on my head, painting my lips red and my eyes like Adele!'”, she said.
Clearly we’re not the only ones being inspired by Adele’s flawless eyeliner.
Dolly also said that she would love to sing with Adele, which we would absolutely love to see.
“I would love to do something with her. Maybe write a song? Maybe do a duet. So pass that word along!” She said.
Who knows, maybe in the near future we’ll hear an amazing Jolene/Hello mashup.
