Disappointing News For Beyonce And Jay Z

House hunting is never any craic when you get down to the nitty gritty.  Beyonce and Jay Z would surely agree with this, as the star couple have had to move out of their Los Angeles rental this month. The couple are currently renting in Los Angeles.  The pair have been house hunting for the last while, but when they had no luck settling on a property they loved, decided to settle for something more temporary, for a whopping $150,000 a month. Now, the massive Holmby Hills mansion has been sold, meaning that Beyonce, Jay Z and their 3-year-old daughter Blue Ivy have to jump ship again. The pair must move out within 2 months.  TMZ reports that the current owners have accepted an offer of $35.5 million for the property. The deal entails a 60 day close, meaning the family will need to be out in two months. Even Beyonce is not exempt from the hassles of house hunting!
