Chris Pratt: “I Was Impotent, Fatigued and Emotionally Depressed”

The actor spoke out about some health issues in a recent interview.

Chris Pratt has revealed that he became impotent after gaining weight for a television role. 

The 35-year-old hunk, who is married to actress Anna Faris, told Men’s Health that he struggled to have sex after gaining weight for hit sitcom Parks and Recreation.

Chris played Andy Dwyer in TV sitcom Parks and Recreation. 

The Hollywood actor, who starred as Andy Dwyer in the show, revealed: “I was impotent, fatigued, emotionally depressed.

“I had real health issues that were affecting me in a major way. It’s bad for your heart, your skin, your system, your spirit.”

Chris and Anna have a two-year-old son, Jack. 

However, playing a Navy SEAL in the movie Zero Dark Thirty convinced Chris he needed to make a change.

He admitted: “I saw Zero Dark Thirty and right after walking out I was like: ‘I’m going to get in shape and I’m never going to be fat again.'”

Chris returns to our screens in Jurassic World this month.
