Camilla and her husband, Jamie Jewitt confirmed the pregnancy news on social media.
The parents, who met on Love Island in 2019, shared the cutest reel of their daughters finding out the news.
In the video, Camilla and Jamie are sitting at home with their daughters, Nora and Nell.
A chalkboard beside them reads, 'Big sister 101, with a brand new module, BOYS, final exam, May 2024'.
Camilla confirmed her due date is in the springtime and even revealed the gender of their third child.
The former reality star said she's expecting a baby boy.
"Our lovely girls are getting a baby brother! Delighted to share our little family is growing," she shared.
The mum added, "Baby boy due in Spring 2024, it’s going to be a busy house!"
Her followers were quick to shower her with loving messages following the announcement.
"Still can't believe you guys came together because of Love Island and here you are... 3 babies later! So happy for you!" one said.
Another added, "Huge congratulations to you both.. what a lucky boy to be joining your family!!"
"You're the best couple to come out of Love Island," another said.
