This is the third time this year that the 44-year-old has been in trouble with the authorities. In March he was allegedly charged with damage to property and criminal mischief.
Nicholas seemed to reference the incident on Twitter. He wrote: “We are not releasing any comments or statements regarding today's events.”
He then shared a photograph of himself on a beach before alluding to the problems he has had in recent months.
