Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater reach sweet relationship milestone

Meeting the parents is a big step in a relationship

The pair starred alongside one another in 'Wicked' earlier this year and first sparked romance rumours in July.

Since then, they have each filed for divorce from their respective partners.

Just days before Christmas Day, the couple were seen out for dinner with Ariana's father, Ed Butera, and a friend in New York City, in photos obtained by Page Six.

Speaking on the rare outing together, a source told the outlet:

"They had dinner with her dad and family at her family’s favourite Italian restaurant," before they went to see Ethan perform in his new Broadway musical, Spamalot.

"They love to support each other in their work… when she’s done with work, she loves going to the theatre when she can," the source continued.

The 'Thank You, Next' singer filed for divorce from her husband, Dalton Gomez, in September, with Ariana's lawyer, Laura Wasser filing legal documents citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their divorce.

Dalton immediately filed for divorce from Ariana and their date of separation is listed as February 20th, 2023.

Ethan also reportedly filed for divorce from his estranged wife, Lilly Jay, who he shares one son with, in July, with TMZ reporting that he filed to legally end his marriage on July 26th.

The listed reason for their separation is unknown.
