This is apparently the reason why Meghan Markle DIDN’T hold baby Archie in the first official photo

In the early hours of Monday morning, May 6, Meghan Markle gave birth to her first child with Prince Harry. Little Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. And on Wednesday at midday, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and baby Archie posed for their first official photo in St. George's Hall in Windsor Castle during an intimate photocall. And as the pair looked radiant as ever, many people noticed the fact that Harry was holding the baby for the first official photo. Now, as Meghan had literally just given birth and was standing in heels a mere two days later, it's very possible that Harry could just be holding the baby to help her out, however, royal expert, Melanie Bromley, thinks the pair want to do things differently to Kate and William. As Kate always appears holding her children after birth, it could be that Harry and Meghan just want to do things differently.

"Things are different with Meghan and Harry. They do not have to follow the rules. “Now, look. There are no rules that say that Kate has to carry her children either. It’s just what Kate and William have decided to do."

Continuing, Melanie added that Harry and Meghan remind us that the young royals are normal, just like us and there could be no reason behind why Harry held the baby and that's OK too because they're just like us, they're just a young family.

“We can theorise about them and what goes on really behind Palace doors. But at the end of the day, this is a normal family and this is a young family with their first baby. “They are about to celebrate their first wedding anniversary as well. They are ordinary people so there is no real reason why Harry chose to carry the baby except it was nice and he felt like it.”
