Amy Childs explains the reasons behind her shock split with Bradley Wright

Amy Childs and Bradley Wright split six weeks after the birth of their daughter Polly and now the former TOWIE star has spoken out about the reasons why.

The news came as a shock to many and Amy has discussed the decision to break up in an interview with OK magazine:

"I wanted Brad to be my best friend and my lover, and in the end we just didn’t have anything in common. I fell out of love with him. "After Polly arrived he was sleeping in a different room. Towards the end I became more like a friend and his mum".

The TV personality and businesswomen then said that she felt like her former partner wasn't making an effort anymore and even on her birthday, June 7th, he didn't do anything special for the new mum.

 "I was doing the bottles, cleaning and doing his dinner. I wish he’d helped me. The hardest thing for me was on my birthday. He didn’t even get me a present. He got me a card, but he didn’t take me out".

Amy and Bradley first got together two years ago but split up in 2015 when Bradley went to prison for handling stolen goods. They reunited in March of this year and when Amy's pregnancy was announced, they were said to be delighted with the news but sadly, things haven't worked out.
