The model and mum of two first started dating 62-year old Iovine in February 2013, one month after she filed for divorce from Rupert Sanders.
Liberty and Rupert split in 2012 after allegations surfaced that Rupert had cheated on her with Twilight actress Kristen Stewart.
Photographs later surfaced of the director and Stewart cuddling and kissing.
Despite trying to reconcile, Liberty filed for divorce in 2013.
In an interview with Vanity Fair in October 2013, Liberty said the scandal was "horrible”:
"I’m not a quitter. I've done everything I could to be the perfect wife and mother and really support my husband. But I just didn’t have any more to give, you know?
"I have no words to describe what we went through. But I think, for me, something always has to completely die for there to be a rebirth. And, for me, I feel like I’m going through a rebirth."
The actress has two children from her first marriage to Saunders - Skyla, 10 and Tennyson, 8.
