Work is believed to begin later this year, with the first renovations being carried out on Clodagh's Kitchen and its Handmade kitchen.
Handmade is going to get an upgrade in service also, with the kitchen being moved out to the middle of the restaurant floor, to make it 'more theatre-like'.
It also plans to upgrade its computer systems, and add in an app for staff for use where they can easily see their rotas and swap shifts.
