Dolly Alderton’s second novel will be published this November

Dolly Alderton has written another novel and we cannot wait to read it.

Dolly Alderton is finally releasing a new novel this November. The journalist confirmed the news this afternoon and we cannot wait to get our hands on a copy. Alderton's second novel will be called Good Material. Fans of the Everything I Know About Love author will have to wait until November 2nd to get a copy of Alderton's highly-anticipated second novel, but it'll certainly be worth the wait. According to The Bookseller, Good Material is a "wise and achingly relatable" story. The book follows 35-year-old Andy as he faces the realities of his life, his career, as well as in his relationship. Penguin said: "Dolly Alderton’s highly-anticipated second novel is about the mystery of what draws us together – and what pulls us apart – the pain of really growing up and the stories we tell about our lives”. Alderton said Good Material is a novel about heartbreak. The journalist and podcast host has become one of the most loved female authors of the last few years. Her non-fiction book Everything I Know About Love is a Sunday Times Best Seller. The book was also adapted for the screen and you just have to watch the series. Alderton released her first novel Ghosts in October 2020. There's no doubt her second novel will be swiped off the shelves in bookshops later this year. Good Material by Dolly Alderton will be published by Penguin on November 2nd.
