‘The et al. radiant foundation is a splurge but gives you the perfect winter glow’

Sophie Collins

The Radiant Foundation by et al. Beauty Collective is quickly becoming my go-to choice

It’s such a gorgeous option for those looking to get a luminous finish during the winter months.

This foundation combines a soft, buildable coverage with a radiant, glass-like glow, ideal for enhancing the skin’s natural warmth and brightness despite colder, duller weather.

One of the standout features is its user-friendly shade-matching tool online, making it easy to find your ideal colour.

I was matched with shade 090C, and it offers a natural, cool tone that’s perfect for fair complexions and delivers a smooth, seamless finish.

As well as this, the foundation contains SPF 15 and it will protect your complexion from damaging UVA, UVB, blue light and infrared radiation while hydrating and supporting your skin as you wear it.

At €56 a bottle, it’s certainly a makeup bag investment but with foundation being the base of any look it’s something I try to splurge on when I can – but of course you want to know you’re getting quality for your hard-earned money.

According to a spokesperson for the brand, this foundation is “formulated with a synergy of antioxidants, anti-inflammatories and physical filters.

“Enhanced with Gatuline® Radiance to assist with the clarity and radiance of the complexion and Hydractin® to help normalise dry skin and retain moisture.

“All at functional levels, offering scientifically proven skincare benefits to achieve a luminous finish while hydrating, protecting, smoothing and soothing.”

With skincare-friendly ingredients, it feels so lightweight while it hydrates and cares for the skin, helping to counter winter dryness.

The product’s texture and finish allow for versatile coverage – from a barely-there glow to a more polished, full-face effect, depending on how much you layer.

I have found Et al.’s Radiant Foundation is a fantastic option for winter. It offers both beauty and care with a glass-like look that’s especially flattering during the colder season.

If it’s something you want to try out, you can use the shade finder online.
