It’s easy to feel like you’re not on the top of your game. Whether you’re having a bad hair day, have something on your mind or just need a little confidence boost.
Then an all-female band called The Mrs decided they want to change all that, and have started the #imEnough campaign.
The project asks women to look into a special mirror, and women are asked to respond to how well they look by a computer. As you’ll see from the video, most women who participated didn’t feel too hot.
But they weren’t long having a bit of an emotional turnaround when the women were faced with videos of friends and family saying how beautiful each woman was in their eyes.
If beauty is in the eye of the beholder, maybe you need to grab hold of someone else.
