Two-year-old Kayden Kinckle was born with a condition called omphalocele, an abdominal wall defect where some internal organs remain outside the body.
Kayden had to have his right foot and left leg amputated but is doing well as proven by this video, the little boy is close to falling a number of times but continues on regardless.
It’s his happy cry of “I’ve got it” at the 1:03 mark that made us smile happy tears as this is one special little man who is a credit to his mother Nikki Sessoms.
