By the end of the week we’ll be waving goodbye to January and welcoming the start of spring with open arms.
As the 60s graced the catwalks for the coming season, the brains at beauty brand No7 took inspiration from the sophisticated elegance and understated beauty.
Inspired by the “grace and poise” of ballerina Margot Fonteyn, No7 has developed a spring look using on trend colours and textures.
This season No7 and Lisa Eldridge have created the limited edition ‘Ballerina Beauty’ Collection, including the very pretty Ballerina Beauty Blush Palette, (€15.50), and a new shade to the No7 Stay Perfect Nail Colour range; Tip Toes, (€8.00).
Dancer Margot Fonteyn was the inspiration for the collection
The complete No7 Ballerina Beauty spring collection includes No7 Beautiful Skin BB Cream (€16.95), No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadows in Innocence and Wheatsheaf (€9.25 each), No7 Stay Precise Felt Tip Liner (€10.50), No7 False Lashes ‘Lash 60 Extravagant Lash’ (€10.11), No7 Moisture Drench Lipstick in Waterlily (€12.25), No7 Stay Perfect Nail Colour in Get Wed and So Simple (€8.00 each).
“This look is all about understated dainty glamour and I just love how the dewy complexion, paired with subtle lips, contrasts against the classic 60s fluttering lashes. The Ballerina Beauty Blush Palette contains the prettiest washes of pink to transform you into a 60s icon and the new shimmering nude nail polish will catch the spring light as you pirouette into spring” said Lisa Eldridge, No7 Creative Director.
The No7 Ballerina Beauty Limited Edition Spring range available exclusively in Boots until 19 March 2012, while stocks last.
