The YSL boots that Kendall wore for her 22nd birthday have landed in Penneys

Well, almost.

Kendall Jenner celebrated her 22nd birthday last month with a night out at taco bar Petite Taqueria in Los Angeles. Attire-wise she kept things pretty simple - a white crop-top and jeans. However (and proving she's a gal after her own heart) she made sure her footwear really stood-out and turned heads. Step forward the Niki Swarovski crystal-embellished leather slouch knee boot from Saint Laurent. The same boots were previously seen on Rihanna and despite the €8,000 price-tag (WTF?), they've proven incredible popular. "The 'Niki' knee boots grounded most of the looks on Saint Laurent's Fall '17 runway, but it was this pair that completely stole the show - and dominated our Instagram feeds," Net-a-porter says in its description. "Made from supple black leather that slouches into soft folds, they have been handcrafted in Italy and encrusted with 3000 Swarovski crystals that cover even the signature cone heel." Which is all well and good... except we don't ever see ourselves parting with that sort of cash for a single pair of boots (no matter how extra they are). Let's be thankful then for Penneys. In particular, let's be thankful for the fact that our fave retailer has now released a incredible dube of those Kendall/YSL €8K boots... for just €28. REJOICE! We reckon these gems would be perfect New Year's Eve attire - although frankly we'll be wearing them long after January 1. Better still, we spotted them recently in a host of Penneys stores... but as always, you'd be wise to be quick and snap them up asap if they take your fancy.
