Erinne Paisley graduated from college this week and she chose a pretty special outfit for the occasion.
Eighteen-year-old Erinne wore a dress made from her maths homework and after sharing the image via her Twitter account, the story has been picked up by various news outlets.
After selling the dress she was originally going to wear and donating the proceeds, Erinne designed her own dress because she wanted to show that everyone should have the right to an education.

Emblazoned on the dress was the message: “I’ve received my education. Not every woman has that right”.
In addition to raising awareness for women’s rights, Erinne wanted to support the Malala fund, set up by teenager Malala Yousafzai in a bid to ensure all girls receive a secondary school education.
Speaking to The Huffington Post, Erinne said: “As I was getting ready to celebrate the end of my own secondary education, I wondered if I could take some of that energy and excitement and attention that goes to secondary graduation or prom and maybe refocus it into something that could provide that same opportunity for people who can’t attend school”.
Erinne now plans to sell the ingenious “maths homework” dress in an online auction and again, she wants to donate the money to the Malala Fund.
