Work It! Skechers Opt for a New Direction with a Range of Utility Boots

It's throwback time! One of our favourite 90s staples is back in fashion...

Rebecca McKnight

One of the staple styles of the 90s is back, and SKECHERS are getting in on the act.

The utility boot was back on the catwalk for the Autumn/Winter shows and looks to be carried through to spring judging by some of the NYFW collections too.

Now SKECHERS are bringing their boots to the fore, presenting a range of workwear-inspired boots for girls and guys. Retro influences are rife, and we suspect these cosy footwear options will be a favourite for those of us looking forward to embracing the layered look for the coming months.

The most nostalgic nod comes in the form of a heritage original, the lace-up logger SKECHERS Laramie 2 boot (€110). This six- eyelet lace-up classic is available in smooth oiled or nubuck leather upper.

The SKECHERS Mad Dash boot boasts another retro-inspired nod; a casual ankle boot featuring strap details and metal buckle accents (€60-75).
