Why Big Knickers Are the Way to Go

Big knickers have a bit of a reputation for being undesirable but they are not all that bad. In fact, there are lots of reasons for wearing larger underwear.

Big knickers are seen by many as outdated, unattractive and ageing but that is actually a really unfair assessment.

In fact there are lots of reasons to wear knickers of the large variety…

  1. If they’re good enough for Bridget Jones they’re good enough for everyone. The film starring Renée Zellweger brought big underwear back into the spotlight and while the character ridicules them she also highlights the practicality of them. After all you never know when they might save your dignity and bum on live television!
  2. They are so comfortable it’s unbelievable. You can go to the gym in them, sleep in them and bend over in them without feeling a little uneasy. So what if they’re not as ‘stylish’ as a thong or g-string? They feel great which in turn makes you feel, and look, great. Also thongs have been linked to long-term health risks including yeast infections.
  3. You can now get larger knickers that are pleasing to the eye and don’t give you VPL (visible panty line). Sure those are the two main reasons the let’s call them more delicate underwear items were created. With guaranteed great comfort and good appearance, what more could you want?
  4. It’s a well-known fact that big knickers can be worn at any time of the month. Again it comes back to the element of comfort that you get with them. With tummy cramps and heightened levels of clumsiness the last thing you want is underwear that you can’t sit still and are afraid of leaking in.
  5. This style of underwear can be just as attractive as a thong. With frills and lace, not to mention the wide variety of cuts available these days, it is possible to have sexy and large knickers. Not that it matters anyway.  Surely the intention of seductive underwear is for them to come off.

So the next time you are making a decision on what underwear to wear, why not follow in the footsteps of Bridget Jones and opt for something fashionable, practical and gorgeous?
