Punk is one of the stand out trends this season. Some elements of this trend are carried on from last winter, such as leather, which is great news as those pieces you invested in last year are here to stay.
Mix them up by adding touches of velvet and tartan, which featured strongly on the international catwalks. Accessories are also important here as a simple studded bag will add an edge to any outfit with little effort. Toughen up this Penneys tartan dress, €17 by adding a black blazer and studded accessories which will take you from the office to an after work event.
If you don’t have a leather circle skirt from last year’s purchases then make sure to invest this time around. Dress it down with black tights and a knit or team with a cami top and heels for a fail-safe night time look. This Awear beauty, €45, is one buy you won’t regret.

They do all the talking so make sure to opt for a plain top and minimal accessories, plus think of the wear you’ll get from them!
