On entering 56 Merrion Square last Thursday, it was immediately clear that pink would have a huge part to play in Louise Kennedy’s Spring Summer 2015 collection.
Vibrant pink blooms adorned the room and the show programme featured a cherry blossom design setting the scene for a beautifully feminine collection.
Uptown Funk kicked off proceedings and the catchy tune together with the summer separates on offer had us dreaming of sunnier climes.
Highlights from the collection included floor-length shimmering gowns, stunning embellished separates and feminine floral prints.
Necks visibly craned and a hush came over the room as everyone turned to get a better view of the final design, a bespoke lace bridal gown complete with an intricate floral headpiece.
The show was over all too quickly and we were left wanting more. Check out the gallery above for some of the pieces from this season’s collection.
