It's that tricky time of year when the shops are still flogging summer bits but it feels a bit too late in the season to be picking up sundresses and bikinis. All's not lost, though. We've found some absolute gems in the summer sales that will work brilliantly now and come autumn.   Top: €9.99, Zara (was €49.95) The perfect 'jeans and a nice top' top, this is one you'll be wearing from now until Christmas.   Dress: €19.99, Zara (was €39.95) Wear with sandals now and with tights and boots when it gets chillier.   Jeans: €25, Lennon Courtney at Dunnes Stores (were €50) White jeans may be a summer staple but we'll be wearing these with a snug knit jumper, denim jacket and pair of Cons in autumn.   Blouse: €13.99, Stradivarius (was €19.99) This looks a lot more expensive than its price tag.   Sunglasses: €8, River Island (were €18) Because it's never too cold for a good pair of sunnies.   Dress: €26, River Island (was €50) Just add runners and a chunky cardi and you're good to go.   Blazer: €13, H&M (was €39.99) This boxy blazer will work with pretty much any outfit you can think of.   Top: €10, Topshop (was €40) Puff sleeves aren't going anywhere so this baby is well worth snapping up.
