Sarah Jessica Parker has a platinum bob – and she’s never looked better

She was definitely sporting her trademark long, flowing tresses on social media just a few weeks ago.

But Sarah Jessica Parker has taken a leaf out of Duchess Kate's book... by chopping her strands into a stunning soft bob.

The actress was on the set of her latest project - a new romantic drama Best Day of My Life - when her hair was unveiled. The movie is currently being shot in New York and will also star Renée Zellweger, Isabella Rossellini and Taylor Kinnery. And not only has SJP changed up the length: she's gone for a bright blonde instead of her usual ombre hue. A few days ago on her Instagram account, the 52-year-old hinted on her revamped style with a brooding snap.

But we now very much have been able to have a proper look at Sarah Jessica's overhauled tresses... and we reckon it's her best look of recent years.
