RTE is looking for people who find fashion ‘impossible’ for a new series

We know a few people who struggle, yeah.

Look lads, dressing yourself is difficult.

There’s so many things to consider. Is it too tight? Is it too loose? Is it like something from your da’s wardrobe from the 1980s and if so, is it still acceptable to wear up in the club?

Honestly, who could say for sure?

There’s simply too much to consider and if you’re not absolutely on the ball when it comes to all things what-not-to-wear, then you’re most likely going to feel left behind, inadequate, and like a bit of a mess really.

And if the above sounds at all like you, you might be vaguely interested in applying for a new show on RTE called The Fitting Room.

What’s it about? People who need some fashion-based help.

What do you have to do when you’re on the show? Not a clue, but here’s what RTE has said they’re looking for in applicants.

“In this new series fashion designers are paired with members of the public to solve genuine clothing conundrums.

“Fashion is a fun way to express your inner self to the outside world. But what if you have an unusual body shape, are gender non-conforming or live with disabilities? Finding outfits that really fit, flatter and flaunt your individual style can be an impossible task.”

It can, indeed.

If you or someone you know fits this bill, send your name, age and contact number along with a recent photograph to [email protected].

Also include a short paragraph as to why you should be included in the programme.

Sorted.
