It's a cruel fact of adulthood that most of us don't get paid until the end of the month. After the spending spree that is Christmas (all the pressies, outfits and nights out really add up), January can feel ten weeks long as you wait for the last Friday of the month to roll around. It's also a time of year for fresh starts, which is probably why we've such an urge to update our wardrobes right now. We're the sick of the sales at this stage and can't afford to splash out for a while - but we'll definitely be going in to Penneys to raid the jewellery section. Thanks to luxury brand Celine, gold initial necklaces are huge at the moment and the Irish retailer has a fab selection of right now. They're just €3 and perfect for layering, so we'll be grabbing a few different styles and wearing them all together.
