Moschino is launching a collection inspired by The Sims and we have so many questions

Like, a lot of questions.

Italian fashion company Moschino is teaming up with The Sims – yes, as in the computer game – to launch a clothing and accessories collection.

Yes, you read that correctly.

The capsule collection will include a “whole collection of ready-to-wear items and accessories including Moschino items with pixelated designs.”

The Moschino x The Sims collection will be available at Moschino boutiques worldwide – and at Moschino.com – starting April 13.

Jeremy Scott, Creative Director of Moschino, said:

“I love the idea of being able to imagine, design and bring to life a world of individual personas with The Simsuniverse.

“That concept emulates what I get to do for each collection at Moschino as I create a fantasy universe of spectacular storylines and characters.”

This capsule collection will feature iconic motifs from The Sims reimagined as Moschino Couture pieces – like a Plumbob bathing suit, a Freezer Bunny cell phone cover and a Uni-Lama T-shirt.

And we’re kind of digging the Plumbob (that little green thing that appeared above Sims’ heads) earrings.

There’s no word on a price point for the collection just yet.

The official press release said that “these special items highlight the freedom of self-expression and creativity that both the Moschino brand and The Sims franchise are known for.”

And, for avid fans of the life simulation video game, one of the items – the Freezer Bunny hoodie – will be released within all of The Sims’ current titles after the event.

More game-related announcements are expected to come later this year.
