Prepare yourself for some unique, modern dresses that won’t break the bank.
Over the past few years, Zara has delighted brides on a budget with their stunning collection of elegant gowns, and 2022 is no different.
The European fashion giant launched their most recent bridal collection this week, and it features some gorgeous timeless dresses, as well as some classic accessories and lingerie to bring the look together.
It’s abundantly clear that this collection is geared towards brides getting married this summer, as the dominating characteristics of the collection are light fabrics, untraditional colours, simple shapes and intricate detail.
Zara’s introduction to the line online captures the aesthetic of the collection, which is titled Bonsoir ‘L’Été, or Good Evening Summer.
The preface reads: “A fresh proposal for a contemporary woman who is longing for a bright future. Serene satin shapes with a summery approach. Sun is coming.”
The line features a number of unique, modern bridal gowns, and they all retail for less than €160, making it ideal for brides eyeing up a soft, unfussy outfit that still reads as undeniably elegant for their special day.
Here are some of our favourite pieces from Zara’s latest bridal collection.
Long Sleeve Bridal Dress
We are simply obsessed with the beautiful shape of this satin dress. From the sleeves to the front opening to the back detail, this silver dress is a particular highlight of the collection.
Long Satin Bridal Dress
This gold number with a high neckline has a touch of old-school elegance, but the splash of colour adds a tasteful pop of modern glamour.
Long Halter Neck Bridal Dress
This satin gown in oyster white fastens at the neck, but is open at the back. A maxi bow brings the entire look together, making it an elegant choice for a modern bride.
Ruffled Embroidered Bridal Dress
Between the layered ruffles, the intricate embroidery and matching buttons, this dreamy beige pink number is all about the details.
Bridal Dress with Draped Neckline
For those after a more classic, ivory gown, this long dress may be the answer. An asymmetric hemline and stunning back detail sets it apart from conventional bridal dresses, but it’s definitely one of the more traditional numbers in this otherwise unconventional collection.
