Katie Feeling the Pressure Ahead of Catwalk?

Katie Holmes will certainly be feeling the pressure in the build-up to New York Fashion Week next month.

The actress turned fashion designer will be presenting her collection Holmes & Yang in front of the industry’s most experienced and critical people including former best friend Victoria Beckham whose line also debuts on the same day.

A source told the New York Post newspaper that it’s a brave move by the former Dawson’s Creek star: ‘This is a big deal for Katie to show in the tents, under the full attention of The Fashion Editors and the glare of the media scrutiny.’

The range, which Katie developed with her design partner Jeanne Yang, will be stocked at exclusive boutiques including Barneys and Harvey Nichols.

Holmes & Yang will take to the catwalk on the September 9.
