The Guardians of the Galaxy star chose a dress from the Altuzarra spring 2015 collection and the 36-year-old is glowing in the blush pink number.
Actress Zoe, who posed for several photos with husband Marco on the red carpet, wore heels from Jimmy Choo and fuschia pink lipstick to complement her look.
Book of Life is an animated adventure comedy and will hit cinemas later this month. Zoe provides the voice of Maria, alongside Channing Tatum in the role of Manolo.
