Halle Berry attended the Huading Film Awards last night which were held at the Ricardo Montalban theatre in Los Angeles.
This was the first time the Chinese awards were held in America and Halle collected the Global Icon award for this year.
The Monster’s Ball actress put Lebanese designer Elie Saab on the fashion map when she wore one of his gowns to the 2002 Oscars and last night she chose another look from the designer.
Instead of opting for a dress from one of his recent collections, Halle chose a flowing black number from Saab’s first couture collection in 2003.
By keeping the rest of her look simple, the dress becomes the main focus and with an Elie Saab dress, this is always how it should be done.
