So pretty.
If there’s one thing we love more than coats from Penneys, it’s coats from Zara.
And thankfully, this festive season has brought us nothing short of an abundance of stunning pieces from the retailer.
There’s been coats that’ll keep you warm, coats that you probably wouldn’t want to wear if there was a slight chill in the air, cheap coats, expensive coats, faux fur coats… You get the idea.
How lucky for us then that another class number has just dropped in store in the form of this round neck tweed coat.
So pretty.
So elegant.
Complete with giant metal buttons that would be enough to jazz up any look, this Zara coat also has (wait for it) large pockets.
Seriously, when was the last time anything any of us wore had large pockets?
A true novelty.
The coat is retailing at €79.95 and – we know, we know – that’s a lot to drop on one piece so close to Christmas but the thing with coats like these is that you could probably wear them forever and they’d still be in fashion.
When was the last time somebody claimed that tweed had gone out of style?
Never, that’s when.
Plus, the last time I spent over 60 quid on a coat from Zara, I wore it for literally one and half years.
I’m still wearing it. I may never stop wearing it, to be honest.
And if you happen to be looking for some style inspo that doesn’t involve opened toed heels and black socks, we recommend teaming this coat with some opened toed heels and no black socks.
It might be cold out there, but who doesn’t sacrifice their body heat for the good of the #look?
