Is there anything she can’t do?
Gigi Hadid is one of those rare celebrities who is yet to launch their own brand, but as of last week, it seems she’s turning a new leaf.
During lockdown, the model took to creating knitwear, but unlike the rest of us, it seems she has continued on the hobby.
Last week, Gigi took to Instagram to give a soft launch of the brand, showing a photo dump of the progress her new company has made.
She captioned the photos: “Been workin on something …. with love, @guestinresidence.”
The photos included Gigi looking over colour swatches and cozy-looking knitwear, as well as lots of pearls in one snap.
With celebrities like Hailey Bieber and Laura Brown rushing to the comments to boost the business, we’re only more excited to see what’s in store.

But what is the brand? According to the Guest in Residence Instagram account, there is no posts and the bio simply reads “KNITTERS”.
With a link to the website, it’s about as much information as we have so far, with only a logo and an option to sign up for the newsletter.
But Gigi has also teased the brand on her story, with a photo tagging the brand as she wears a purple knit vest and a pearl and puka-shell necklace.
And by the looks of her Instagram bio, she has added a new role to it. Gigi has all the different roles she plays in life listed, adding founder and creative director of Guest in Residence to the list.
After being a mum and a supermodel for some of the world’s biggest fashion brands, it was only a matter of time before she turned to create her own brand.
From her modelling career to motherhood to photography, we’re not surprised she’s heading into this industry.
