Dreaming of spring…in November.
Given how cold it is today, absolutely freezing btw, the above might sound a little strange but after a sneak peek at the River Island spring summer collection, I can’t help it.
RI held a press preview of the upcoming range in London this week and I have to say it’s one of their best ranges to date.
Sometimes with trend-driven pieces, they’re not always wearable but I’m happy to say that’s not the case here.
Look at this rail of deliciousness.

The striped duster coat to the suede mules. The cream fringed blazer and the Chanel-esque skirt. The blue two-piece that reminds us of Princess Diana but with a twist.
I could go on but instead of waxing lyrical about how much I love the looks, check them out for yourselves. STUNNING.
Sweet Street is where you’ll find tracksuits in candy colours with the urban look getting a feminine makeover. 80’s Graphic equals minimalist monochrome accessorised with chic berets and oversized jewellery. Print Clash speaks for itself and as fans of the brand know, prints are always a key feature each season.
The spring summer collection starts to arrive in River Island from the beginning of next year and I, for one am very excited.
