Last week, we introduced a few basic items for sorting your work out wardrobe.

This week, we’re focusing on runners as proper footwear is an essential part of preparing for exercise.

We’ve included a few different options and there’s something to suit everyone whether you’re just starting a fitness regime or you’re a fully fledged marathon runner.

This €15 pair from Penneys are perfect if you’re planning on a little light exercise. However, you will need more support if you’re planning on a strenuous regime.

Nike Frees are a popular option when purchasing exercise-friendly footwear. The below pair from Littlewoods are priced at €115 and you could totally wear them with a pair of jeans and a white tee for sporty chic.

There’s also the option to go old school with Adidas. Sturdy and hardwearing, these blue beauties are sure to last the distance and they’re not too pricey at €78.
