These €25 Penneys raincoats come in two colours and are definitely needed today

The rain really came down on us this morning and most of us were soaked by the time we walked in the door to work. For whatever reason, we still don't know how to dress for the weather (even though it rains in Ireland 90 percent of the time) and a load of us don't even have a good raincoat on hand. The weather is supposed to stay this way for a while now - at least until next week, so we think it's time to invest in a good raincoat. Of course, our first stop is Penneys and we found these durable parka coats that come in two colours.
