Just in time for Friday night too.
I love high heels and can’t see myself ever giving them up even if runners are a very comfy and stylish alternative.
That said, they can be ridiculously painful resulting in having to take them off before the night is out.
After hobbling home in pain one too many times, I went in search of the best way to ease the pain, finally spotting a brilliant hack on Who What Wear.
The pressure felt when you’re wearing heels for a long period of time often leads to a sharp pain, which can be relieved somewhat by the use of medical tape.
This pressure is often felt on the third and fourth toes which is where you put the tape.
The nerve between these toes can cause pain when under strain and the use of the tape alleviates this by lessening the pressure on the nerve.
The adhesive tape, often used to hold bandages in place, is cheap and can be picked up in most pharmacies if you don’t have some to hand already.
