Daisy Jones & The Six sees massive spike in 70s fashion and we’re so here for it

The style in the 70s was truly unmatched. When you think of the style back then you most likely think of flared trousers, tie-dye, and probably a lot of floral. One series that has taken us back in time to the 70s is Daisy Jones & The Six which is the new hit TV series on Amazon Prime. There's a star-studded cast in the show including Sam Claflin, Riley Keough, and Suki Waterhouse to name just a few. And if you haven't binge-watched it already, not to worry you'll get through the 10 episodes quickly. Costume designer, Denise Wingate is the brains behind the wardrobe on set and she's handpicked some of the most beautiful vintage and custom-made pieces that really ace the authentic seventies look. In the show, you'll probably spot classics such as Levi's as well as boho brands like Free People. The female characters more than steal the show in a diverse range of 70s-inspired ensembles. Characters Daisy, Camila, and Karen all ooze simple but chic looks. Wearing everything from kaftans and maxi dresses to tight-fitting flare jeans and oversized shirts, paying appropriate homage to the decade. We are obsessed. No matter what your style is, we know you'll find at least one of the character's styles appealing. Camila Morrone, who plays Camila Dunne in the hit series, is rarely seen in anything other than paisley-patterned dresses and tops. Suki Waterhouse's character Karen takes on a more low-key androgynous look. The main character, Daisy kicks off the series with nonchalant flared jeans which later turn into silver kaftans and fur Afghan jackets as the show goes on.
