Christian Louboutin shoes are both beautiful and extremely expensive so damaging them would be a complete nightmare. That's what happened to Nareesha McCaffrey, a shoe designer, when she visited Condé Nast's New York offices this week. Her shoe became stuck in an escalator and was discovered by Michael DeLuca, Director of HR Operations & HRIS at Condé Nast. The self-confessed shoe lover, who is engaged to The Wanted's Siva Kaneswaren, took to Twitter to show the damage her poor Louboutins sustained.
