Kate Moss is one of the most successful models of all time and has appeared on numerous magazine covers but her latest has to be the most eye-catching one yet.

The 39-year-old, who recently stripped off for Esquire, is the face of the upcoming Autumn/Winter edition of fashion magazine Pop.
