Party season is upon us and we're all scrambling to get outfits together for nights out. Footwear can sometimes be overlooked but Penneys has gotten plenty of fab party shoes in just in time for Christmas. We especially love these blue velvet heels - we'll be wearing them with jeans, dresses and just about everything else all December long.
