Well, this is adorable.

From storybooks to postage stamps, Adam King’s virtual hugs have proved popular, and, if you were looking for the perfect Mother’s Day present, the young national hero may have you sorted.

That’s right, the Toy Show star is releasing virtual hug jewellery just in time for Mother’s Day, which falls on Sunday 27 March.

The line includes pins and necklaces, and the aim of the collection is to offer a “timeless hug to the person who fulfils the role of mother.”

The jewellery is designed by Alan Dalton, a renowned Irish goldsmith, and the pieces are available in 9ct yellow gold and sterling silver.

What’s more, some of the money raised from the jewellery sales will be going to a very worthy cause.

A message from those involved on Adam King’s website reads: “We are delighted to work with Children’s Health Foundation Temple Street as our charity partners on this initiative.

“Our partnership will see a donation of €10 from the sale of each item go towards supporting sick children and their worried families who attend CHI at Temple Street every day.”

The A Hug For You Gold Pin costs €165, while the silver pin costs €80. The A Hug For You Gold Pendant costs €250, while the silver necklace costs €100.

Announcing the collaboration, Adam’s dad David King said: “This is a charity very close to Adam’s heart and as a family we are delighted to support them again this year.”

Adam, for his part, said: “My hug is for everyone.”

You can pre-order items form the collection on the King’s family official website right here.

Adam King first rose to fame in 2020 after he appeared on the Late Late Toy Show. Since then, there’s been no stopping him. Last year, he received the Lord Mayor Youth Award from Hazel Chu on her last day in office.
