She literally gave a helping hand. In the first photo, the couple's faces are blocked by the new fiancée's hand, showing off her stunning engagement ring and red manicure.

The second photo, however, shows that it's all an illusion. Cousin Jenna is actually on her knees behind her cousin, Diana, raising her arm and wearing the engagement ring to help make the close-up shot look like her hand is actually Diana's. The bride-to-be was not expecting to get engaged, so did not have her nails done. ENTER: the most loyal cousin ever.
