There’s nothing worse than that fuzzy head, sick tummy feeling yet we do it to ourselves again and again! But, if reports are to be believed, hangovers are soon to be a thing of the past… just in time for the festive season.
U.S. Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon Dr. Leonard Grossman invented the Bytox Hangover Prevention Patch earlier this year and the product is now being launched in the UK.
According to the packaging, the patch replenished vitamins and acids lost when alcohol is consumed and although the creators haven’t received any medical backing, people who have used it have posted glowing reports online.
The wonder patch looks similar to a nicotine patch in size and shape
Dr. Grossman claims that the patch constantly delivers B vitamins, acai berry extracts, vitamins A, D, E and K and folic to the bloodstream as opposed to a pill which is metabolised quickly.
Users are instructed to attach the patch 45 minutes before drinking and must leave it on for the whole night or at least eight hours after they have stopped drinking.
We’re a little dubious until we try it for ourselves but here’s hoping!
