When Apple launched the iPad, the world was divided. Some people loved it and, like everything, other people hated it. If you fall into the latter group, we have a question for you: what are your thoughts on the next rumoured release from Apple?
The Irish Daily Mail reports that the internet is awash with rumours that Apple is preparing to launch a pint-sized version of the iPad.
Affectionately dubbed the ‘iPad Mini’ online, this new tablet device will measure less than eight inches across diagonally, which makes it much smaller than the current iPad. It is also expected to be far cheaper, meaning it could be a major hit with students and those of us who are lacking in the funds department.
Reports circulating on the internet say that the iPad Mini could be available just in time for Christmas.
Although Apple have yet to comment on any of the rumours. The company is notoriously secretive about products that are currently in development, however most of the rumours are said to have come from the Far East, where many of Apple’s devices are actually made.
Both Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal quoted a number of unnamed sources that are employed directly with Apple’s supply chain.
Would you buy an iPad Mini, or do you think it just sounds like a slightly-bigger version of the iTouch?
