Tributes are pouring in for Patrick Kriegel after it was announced that he had passed away in his home on June 19.
The father of Ana Kriegel was originally from Paris, but had set up life in Kildare.
His name sadly became known when his daughter was brutally attacked, murdered and sexually assaulted in a derelict home in Lucan in 2018.

Hundreds of people have shared their condolences online, with one person saying: “Condolences to you Geraldine and all of Patrick’s family. You have all suffered enough. May Patrick rest with Ana and look after you always. May you have strength to walk on and memories to sustain you. In my thoughts and prayers.”
