TMZ are now reporting that Dani will be charged with the crime of invasion of privacy. The woman who was photographed decided to prosecute Dani after police tracked her down after the incident. If convicted Dani could face six months in jail. Dani's lawyer, Tom Mesereau, told TMZ, "I’m disappointed that she was charged with any type of violation.
