A black cab has mounted the pavement in London’s Covent Garden and hit a number of pedestrians.
The incident occurred on Wednesday evening on Southampton Street.
Police have stated that it is not terror related.
Emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 5pm.
A spokesman for the Met Police said:
“Police on scene at Covent Garden dealing with serious injury accident involving a taxi.
“Not terror-related. Further updates will follow.”

They also said that the driver of the cab is now “assisting police.”
